The Freeway Int’l Manning Agency Inc. (FREMA) is a duly-organized sea-based recruitment Company created under and virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The Company was conceived and incorporated by people of good standing in the community: some holding key positions in the government and in the private sector, others with dignified title and the rest are private practitioners. The members of the staff do not only possess high educational qualifications but also have wider exposure to the work on recruitment, documentation and deployment of seafarers.
